Lance Pederson is a former Partner of a real estate private equity firm that grew to over $300M in equity under management and former Founder and Managing Partner of a real estate fund administration firm with over $3B assets under administration. Since then, Lance has helped more than 210 real estate operators and private lenders architect and form their discretionary pooled investment funds.

Scott Corbett has helped real estate investors raise over $1B in private capital, sell millions of dollars of coaching and education products, and acquire thousands of off-market properties over the last decade. He’s the Founder and CEO of Lightmark Media, a full service marketing agency dedicated to helping syndicators and fund managers raise capital via email marketing, paid advertising, social media management, website design/dev, and holistic marketing systems.
