Hi, I’m Scott Corbett – I have over a decade of experience in the real estate marketing space helping investors raise private capital, acquire thousands of off-market properties, and sell millions of dollars of coaching and education products.

Throughout this process, I’ve built a full-service marketing agency, Lightmark Media, that focuses on raising capital and offers services in email marketing, website development, CRM management, social media management, paid advertising, lead magnets, and back-office systems. 

I’ve helped syndicators and fund managers raise capital for every imaginable real estate asset class including multifamily, self storage, mortgage notes, mobile home parks, industrial, office, retail, land, and even parking facilities.
